Casa Escalante Apartments
We have some one and two-bedroom
apartments for rent in our apartment complex located on the street in back of
Casa Escalante’s Beach Resort. The apartments are available for lease
only with a 6-month minimum lease duration. Note:
as of November 22, 2014 all 8 completed apartments are under a lease.
However, one more apartment can be finished to suit your needs (office,
apartment, etc.) and ready to lease with a couple weeks notice and a signed
lease.
Casa Escalante does not have a pool, but swimming is available from our beach
accessible through our property. We are located 1-1/2 miles south of the town
of San Pedro via a cobble stone road. Transportation is by taxi (US$5-6), golf
cart rental, bicycle rental, or walk. It's approximately a 35-minute walk along
the beach to the town.
The apartments are furnished as follows: We furnish coffee pot, microwave,
stove, refrigerator, dinette set and sofa set. We also provide television,
queen size beds and shower curtain. Hot water, air conditioning and ceiling
fans are provided. A washer can be provided; a dryer is not, but pulley lines
are provided to hang dry your laundry. You will have to supply the
groceries and toiletries. Maid service can be provided at extra cost.
